Personal Trainer

I have been training clients for more than 20 years. I have participated in triathlons up to Ironman distance and running events up to Marathons.

I keep up to date on new fitness trends, equipment and research. I use a variety of equipment with clients including: TRX, BOSU, Kettle Bells and dumbbells. Effective home fitness programs can be designed without any equipment.

Programs

I create programs with the right mix of exercises and intensity to help you reach your goals. Training programs should be simple, easy to follow and designed to fit into your schedule.

Coaching

I will create programs for running, cycling and triathlon events. If its your first event or you are trying to improve your time or move up to longer distances I can help.
